Friends

 We all had to sit for a sister and kiddie photo.

 We took the boys to the municipal 50 m pool for a little bit of exercise. I helped them a bit with their strokes which was fun. Kate likes to make them work hard so they tired afterwards. They have loads of energy. What fantastic swimmers they are. Watch this space  for new South African champions in the making.

Mandy's beautiful house
I went to stay with Mandy in her new beautiful home which they built and designed. Well I was so spoilt. Mandy cooked snacks for our girls get together. Boy was I a happy camper. How special to see everyone. The wine was flowing. I thought Mandy drank some red wine so I bought a nice bottle for us to share. She only drinks white wine and I had forgotten. How rude of me Mandy.
